Job vs Entrepreneurship?

Many of people want to start a business while working. Again many people in business find it better to work than to carry on their business. Then what actually is better? This is a common question inside working professionals. So lets dive a bit deep into it.

To say this first of all we have to look the motive behind each. If a person is looking to earn money, then obviously he would not be likely to take risks or be so strong to reverse the condition in bad times. They are sort of persons who used to live life on the safe side and earn money for comfort and all. They are generally looking for comfort. If you are looking for similar thing then I would suggest job is the best option for you.

On the contrary if you have an idea or multiple which you are looking to bring in front of people for making lives better and also more comprehensively looking to provide solutions to problems (this is how it is mostly said in business world) then its better you can land on a entrepreneural business. Business also in simple terms focuses on earning profit from some transactions. But we are here mostly discussing on entrepreneurship. Business stay for a time but could not sustain very long or do have a huge impact as they are not providing reasonable value for the public money. While entrepreneurship sustains because it become among the needs of the people as it is providing those services which is attainable from nowhere else. It is generating value for the people.

But entrepreneurs struggle a lot, they lack funds or in making people understand the benefits they are providing or often face criticism from many surrounding. But the main driving force behind entrepreneurship is passion, motivation, providing value and make your idea work to satisfy many peoples needs. Once you are successfull to some extent in it you can feel you are doing good. Entrepreneurs generates profit not for earnings only but rather reciprocate if for providing further values to the people by providing even better services. So if you have an idea, ready to take challenges, face problems and the courage to bypass them then obviously you should go for entrepreneurship. It gives you an additional advantage of freedom and applying your ideas rather working on someone else.

So on the whole topic if money and luxury is your goal a job or probably a business is better for you. But if you want to become an entrepreneur you should focus on creating ideas, providing values, take risks, face struggles and fight to overcome them. No successful ventures have succedded on large scale without facing these entrepreneurial challenges.
