Why people leave Jobs?

This article is all about what an employee who is totally capable and equipped with proper knowledge intend to look from his job. Moreover why they are frustrated at their current job and look for a transition. This is briefed below -

  6. A place where he can expect a positive environment and proper results for his efforts for the company.

But these days the work culture is deterioating . I have seen many people who have changed companies in one year at regular intervals including a person who has done 18 jobs in his 35 year career. This is the result of toxic cultures, politics, favoritisms, selfishness, exploitation and the trying to diminish the employee capabilities. Even there were frauds and more which are among these days work culture. This is why changing jobs is a common phenomena these days. The employees does not see a good future in the companies they work and they are looking to change companies often. And last not the least the companies too look towards gaining profits more rather providing the best benefits to its clients and companies. The result is a lot of transitions for employees who seeks for a better future and find themselves stuck at dead end at their current job.
